Made in Europe?
Onsdag 12. aug 12:45-13:30 · Bankgården · Forbundet Styrke
Om arrangementet
The question is not only whether products should be “Made in Europe”, but also how Europe can combine industrial growth, technological leadership, and a just transition in an increasingly challenging global economy. The debate on the Industrial Acceleration Act is therefore also a debate about Europe’s future role in the world.
How can Europe secure industrial value creation, jobs, and technological competitiveness in the face of increasing global competition? This lies at the heart of the debate on the Industrial Acceleration Act.
Europe must reduce its dependence on China and a wide range of other actors. How can strategic autonomy help ensure that Europe, together with strategic partners such as Norway, achieves its objectives?
Trade unions, governments, and businesses share a common interest in helping Europe emerge from its industrial challenges and build a stronger industrial future.
The debate will be conducted in English.
